Bill Burns receives his Volunteer of the Year award from Mayor Reinke at the Council Chambers podium

Each year the City recognizes an individual who has gone above-and-beyond in their efforts to get involved in the community and help others by accepting submissions for its Volunteer of the Year award. During the month of October, nine nominations were received for Oakdale resident Bill Burns. The City of Oakdale is proud to announce Bill Burns as the 2022 Volunteer of the Year for his outstanding contributions to Oakdale.
