Police: Community Services Officer

Oakdale, Minnesota (current population: 28,315) is currently accepting applications to fill two (2) Community Service Officer positions. The position handles a variety of public safety, municipal services, and other duties not requiring a sworn police officer within the Police Department. Specific duties may include responding to animal control calls, traffic control at accident scenes or other critical incidents, code enforcement, participation in community events, or other duties as assigned.

These positions are intended to have a maximum duration of three (3) years.

Minimum Requirements Include:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Minnesota drivers license and satisfactory driving record
Must be able to successfully pass a full background check.


$23.36 hourly with an exceptional benefits package
