Bike & Pedestrian Plan

The City of Oakdale is in the process of updating its Bike and Pedestrian Plan. The new plan will guide improvements, in accordance with goals outlined in the City’s comprehensive plan, that will make Oakdale a more bike and pedestrian friendly community.

Community Participation

Community input is important in the development of the Oakdale Bike and Pedestrian Plan. Opportunities to provide input on the plan will be available in fall of 2022. Don’t miss an opportunity to participate! Receive updates by text or email by signing up for Bike & Ped Plan Updates.

Bike and Pedestrian Plan Survey and WikiMap

Community engagement is a critical part of the continued development of an updated Bike and Pedestrian Plan. Share your preferences for how to make Oakdale a more bicycle- and pedestrian-friendly city by taking a quick online survey; then, draw where you currently bicycle and walk – and where you’d like new routes for bicycling and walking – using a WikiMap. The survey and WikiMap will be available through October 31.

Bike and Pedestrian Plan Open House

The City of Oakdale will host an informational open house event for residents to provide feedback on the Bike and Pedestrian Plan.

  • Wednesday, October 19, from 5 to 7 PM
  • Oakdale Discovery Center, 4444 Hadley Avenue North
