Solid Waste Hauler License

The City licenses all businesses wanting to conduct solid waste hauler services in Oakdale, including recycling and roll-off services.

The Solid Waste Hauler license term begins January 1 through December 31. Licensed businesses must re-apply annually.

Application Requirements

The licensing process for Trash Haulers licenses may take up to 30 days or more depending on the discretion of City Council. City Council may require additional information, or studies conducted, before rendering a determination on the application.

Licensing Process

After a completed license application is reviewed by City staff, it will be forwarded to the City Council for their consideration.
