Tobacco Sales

The City issues licenses to businesses wanting to sell tobacco, tobacco products, or tobacco related devices in Oakdale.

Current license holders must re-apply annually, if they wish to continue making tobacco sales during the next license term.

Licensing Process

Once a completed license application has been received by City staff, the application will be reviewed and a report submitted to the City Council. Please note that the licensing process may take up to 60 days.

License Term

The license term is January 1 through December 31, annually.
