IN PERSON

Stop in at City Hall, 1584 Hadley Avenue:

  • We are open 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • We accept cash, check, debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
  • We have an after-hours drop-box in our parking lot.

BY MAIL

Send your payment in the mail:

  • We accept check or credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
  • Include the payment stub from your utility statement or any other paperwork, if applicable.

BY PHONE

Call one of our customer service representatives:

  • We accept debit, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or eCheck.

ONLINE

Use the Payment Service Network (PSN) to pay your bill online. This is a free service to you:

  • Make a Utility Bill Payment
  • For all other payments - make a Miscellaneous Payment.
  • We accept debit, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or eCheck.
  • Schedule payment(s).
  • Update your PSN account information.
  • Call PSN any time at 877-885-7968 and their customer service will help you.

Automatic Bank Payment (utility accounts only)

Sign up to have your utility payment automatically deducted:
