Payment Options

1. In Person

Stop in at City Hall...
  • we are open 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • we accept cash, check, debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
  • we have an after hours drop box in our parking lot.

2. By Mail

Send your payment in the mail...
  • we accept check or credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
  • include the utility payment stub or any other paperwork, if applicable.

3. By Phone

Call one of our customer service representatives...
  • we accept debit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or eCheck.

4. Online

Use the Payment Service Network (PSN) to pay your bill online (this is a free service to you)...
  • make a Utility Bill Payment
  • for all other payments - make a Miscellaneous Payment
  • we accept debit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or eCheck.
  • schedule payment(s).
  • update your PSN account information.
  • call PSN anytime @ 877-885-7968 and their customer service can help you.
  • Download "PSN Payments" from the App Store© or Google Play®.
