Christmas Tree Sales License

The City of Oakdale licenses businesses wanting to sell natural trees, also known as Christmas trees, in the City.

Application Requirements

Licensing Process

Once a completed license application has been received, City Council will review and make a decision for approval. Please note that the licensing process may take up to 30 days.

Licensing Term and Renewal

The Christmas Tree Sales License term is November 1 through January 9 of the following year. Businesses must re-apply each year for a new license by October 1 to sell Christmas trees.
