Application Requirements: Renewals
Current license holders must re-apply annually by October 1, if they wish to continue making tobacco sales during the next license term.
Once a completed license application has been received by City staff, the application will be reviewed and a report will be submitted to the City Council. Please note that the licensing process may take up to 60 days.
The license term is January 1 through December 31, annually.
